The website www.lynwines.com provides information on the Lynx brand, for example the assortment provided under the brand and contact information. The website and the Lynx brand are operated and owned by Wine Team Global AB (“we”, “us”), company registration number 556782–5293 (for further contact information, we refer you to paragraph 7 below). Since the website provides information on alcoholic beverages, it is aimed at consumers who are above 25 years old.

2 How do we process the personal data?

3 How is the personal data stored?
We only store your personal data for as long as we have lawful grounds to do so, for example, in order to fulfil our obligations to you and only for as long as the personal data needs to be saved according to given storage times and/or other statutory purposes. The data will subsequently be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.
Your personal data is protected through both organizational and technical security measures so that your data is processed securely.
4 Is the personal data transferred to other companies and/or other countries?

If necessary, we will share your personal data with our sub-contractors, who will process the data in the capacity of Data Processors. The Data Processors will handle your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Our Data Processors helps us with, for example, IT-services.
If we would share your personal data with any Data Processor, it would be done in accordance with this privacy policy. We make sure the Data Processor’s can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of the personal data. Furthermore, we enter into data processing agreements with the processors in which the processors warrants that the security and confidentiality of the data will be preserved and undertakes to comply with our security requirements and the requirements and limitations regarding the transfer of data to third countries.
Contacting us via / publishing material on social media does trigger a transfer of that data to third countries (countries outside EU / EEA). Such transfers will be made in accordance with applicable personal data legislation, which includes the GDPR. Do note that the GDPR may not be applicable in third countries, which may entail an increased risk in terms of privacy with regard to, among other things, the possibility for authorities in the third country to gain access to your personal data and for your ability to exercise control over personal data. The transfer is necessary for you to be able to contact us on social media.

Right to erasure
